Hlöðuvík is located on the north part of Hornstrandir Nature Reserve, between Fljótavík and Hælavík. There are 2 privatly owned houses there and a recue house. Hlöðuvík has a beutfiul view to the west, you can see the beutiful sunset from there when the sun goes stight into the Atlantic ocean :-) Hlöðuvík is in the hiking path between Hesteyri and Hornvík and a great place to relax and enjoy the beutiful landscape.
